We love the geo-thermal heating and cooling as it works very well and keeps our utility bill low. The duplex is also amazingly quiet! Never once have we heard the other renters through the walls.

Easy walk to Bohnert park with walking trails, ball fields, and basketball courts. Landscaping is always well kept. After living here for over 6 months, we can't think of anything negative to say.
